Important cases heard in the Delhi High Court on Thursday, February 13: * HC sought the stand of AAP leader Amanatullah Khan on ED's plea challenging a trial court order refusing to take cognisance of a chargesheet filed against him in a money laundering case.

* HC pulled up DU for purportedly unilaterally asking St. Stephen's College to take admissions of students over and above the sanctioned seats, saying this would lead to compromising the quality of education.

* HC said hybrid hearings are for the convenience of lawyers having cases in different fora but it must be kept mind that hybrid courts are still courts and decorum should be maintained.
