Press Information Bureau Government of India Ministry of Commerce & Industry 05-December-2012 16:04 IST Import of Almonds during the last four years and the current year with corresponding revenue collection is as under:
It is observed that the import of Almonds during April- September 2011-12 was 34,341.25 MT whereas its import during the same period during 2012-13 is 36,272.90 MT thereby showing a growth of 5.62%. This information was given by the Minister of State for Commerce & Industry Dr. D. Purandeswari in written reply to a question in Rajya Sabha today. ****** DS |
