DEPB for Ordinary Portland Cement, Customs - Exim - SEZ

As per DGFT Publice Notice 102/2008, export of Ordinary Portland Cement is entitled for DEPB at 3 per cent vide Sl No. 62/899.  However, as per the revised rates with effect from 27.08.2009, the item description has been changed to Ordinary Arsenic Cement - same Sl. No and product code - with the same rate of DEPB incentive.  

Please confirm if export of Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) - while the scheme was in operation - is entitled to DEPB. Kindly quote the authority also

DEPB scheme is no more into existence.  Please check for duty drawback for your finished goods.

Thnks Mr Pradeep Katri for y our response. But i am not an exporter seeking DEPB benefit for Ordinary Portland Cement.  Just sought a clarification on the Item Description on the DEPB rate schedule as per PN 102/2008 wef 05 Nov 2008 and the rate schedule effective 27 Aug 2009.  Find the item description in the latter as Ordinary Arsenic Cement instead of Ordinary Portland Cement, as found in the earlier rate schedules.
