Input credit on web design bill, Service Tax

Can we take service tax input credit on the bill raised for "Web Designing Services". 

For example:  a newly formed company is in the process of creating its own "WEB ID" and web id creation done by another professional company. 

for example:   www.xyz.com.

 

please comment whether servaice tax input credit is eligible or not.
