VAT in Tamilnadu, VAT + CST

Company registered with Maharashtra VAT, Have one Project in MP with 8 years period.

We have taken Vat No. in MP.

-If we have purchases from unregistered dealer and the dealer is from MP or Maharashtra then what are the implication

-is there will b a different treatment if Dealer is from MP

-is there liability of Purchase tax
