1. Does the Notification No.6/2007 will supersede the agreement/ contract?(in case Contract is silent about excise exemption notification no.6/2007.)

2. Whether the Domestic/International competitive bidding project (any one or both)are eligible for availing the excise exemption u/notification 6/2007?

3.Whether PAC is require to avail the same?

4. Refund is granted or not(if granted kindly tell me procedure to avail the refund)
