Pls clarify what is certificate of procurement and what is the necessity of PC in EOU.

Dear Anand,

It is a certificate which is issued to the EOU by the jurisdictional Central Excise/Customs Authorities for procurement of goods either from DTA units under CT-3 form or imported through another country.
