cost - 10 rs

tax - 2%

my question is what value of e1 form will be issued by me?

with cst or without cst as per sales tax act?

(10 or 10+2%)?

Dear Rishi,

It is settled legal position that statutory forms are issued without inclusion of tax amount.

Dear Rishi,

Please check definition of sale price as mentioned under Section 2 (h) of the CST Act, 1956 in this regard.
