Order U/s 143(1) of Income Tax Act, Income Tax

Dear Sir,

We have received refund cheque from income tax department without the order of 143(1) and facing problems to reconcile the amount from ITR. We have already submitted a online request with the department a long back. Can some one help me out how the have/access the same.
