Entry Tax liability, if sold with in munispial jurisdiction., Accounting - Auditing

recently Indore munispial corporation added 29 villages in indore jurisdiction, means area of indore munispial corporation is increased , its published in Gudget also.

1) Earlier production of a the plant which was out side the indore municipal corporation, is coming in indore area was liable for paying pay Entry Tax on it.

2) Now that plant is coming under indore munispiual corporation area, (A) Is entry tax liable on the goods if sold in indore.? (B) If not then what supporting required to satisfy Tax officers? (3) what type of language is required to post on sales Invoice to satisfy Buyers?
