Dear,

it is require to submitted ARE-1 copy with in 24 hrs to your range office if goods cleared under SRP. if you are exported goods under supervision of excise officer in such case,concern officer collect ARE-1 at time of export from manufacture premises along with the relevant documents likes Invoice, packing list, ARE-1.

Incase goods exported under LUT or Refund following documents are require to submit as a proof of export.

ARE-1, white and yellow copy.

E.P copy / BRC / Mate receipt. custom attested Invoice packing list

Dear Expert Thanks for response.Further it is requested to guide, 1. What is the full form of SRP?2.If the consingment is already Invoiced on 6.11.2014 and Exported by Air Way Bill on 28.11.2014. and still the registered manufucatured has not filled ARE-1. How to settle the matter in the light of the fact?Thanks.VAPIWALA S G
