education counciling service to get admission in abroad courses., Service Tax

My query regarding whether service tax applicable on counciling/ consultancy service to student to get admission in abroad universities like MBBS courses in China/Australia.The nature of service is reserve the seat in particular university, Visa process,hostel accommodation , etc.for that student have to certain amount along with University's course fee in India itself. Thank you in advance.

Yes sir service tax is applicable but only on the charges that they charge for providing such services.
