Consignee and notify party, Customs - Exim - SEZ

I want to import agro products in india, which further i want to sell in india. I dont want to reveal my suppliers name to my buyer. Also I want my buyer to clear the material from the discharge port. So being the consignee can i notify my buyer to clear the material at discharge port?

In this circumstance is it required by my buyer to pay VAT?

Also how can i avoid disclosing my supplier details?
