procedure to send Components for Participation at Messe abroad, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Sir,

We got Confirmation of Participation at Hannover Messe 2015 - April 13th ~ 17th,

2015 from EEPC, New Delhi . For this purpose need to export some components. What procedure to be followed document to be deliver along with goods . Do we need to pay ED thereon.
