Dear Experts, We have issued some pre-authenticated serially numbered invoices without intimating to the Central Excise Range. What actions they can take against us?

Pre authentication of Invoices - Vide Notification No. 5/2010-C.E. (N.T.) dated 27-02-2010 Rule 11 (5) has been omitted. You need to inform only serial numbers through www.aces.gov.in
