Import trader can do export transanctions? |

yes , you can export the goods. as merchant exporter, first obtain IEC code and than ask question to this forum. you will get it guidance.
Yes, imported goods can be re-exported, as explained above
Dear Karunakar, Under Section 74 of the Customs Act, you can export the imported goods but within 2 years from the date of import, otherwise no drawback of duty would be allowed. The goods should not be used and should be in original packing. You would have to get the permission from Board.
