Sales tax for Almond Oil and Olive Oil, VAT + CST

Hi,

Am a supplier of pure Almond Oil and Olive Oil in Tamil Nadu. I don't know the VAT % for these two oils. Is it 5% or 14.5% in Tamil Nadu? Please clarify my doubt. Thanks in advance.

Please seek clarification from the TNVAT Department by submitting the application in Form VV under Section 48 1 A of the TNVAT Act 2006 read with Rule 12 A of TNVAT Rules, 2007 under Advance Ruling on this question.
