To change name in the certificate of incorporation, Corporate Laws / SEBI / LLP

Hi, all.

Gud evening. I hope all are fine.

I have one query with respect to name of the company in Certificate of incorporation.

My client got his company name as PRRIVATE LIMITED instead of private limited.

But, the master data of the company showing the correct details.

How, can I resolve it.

Please, help me out. Waiting for the reply

please sumitted to concern dept for correction, with the relevent details you will get it amenment sheet from concern dept.

You should consult a consultant who is well versed with ROC and MCA.
