I want to know what documents will be required for renewal of LUT.

Dear Friend,

LUT is required to be renewed once in 12 calender months

for getting renewal, you may have to submit the following:

  • Covering letter requesting for Renewal of LUT
  • Letter issued by your Jurisdictional AC/DC approving LUT for previous year
  • Details of exports effected under the LUT during the validity period with details of POEs received and pending receipt of POEs ( In other words , you may have to take the details form the Annexure-19s submitted by you )
  • LUT on a stamp paper of ₹ 100/- with validity for 12 calender months ( one year) etc.,
  • Any other document that may be relevant
