Sending Material to Advance Release Order (ARO Manufacturer), Central Excise

Dear Sir,

My client has send material to ARO Manufacturer for without payment of Central Excise Duty. My Query is What is the procedure to follow to send material to ARO Manufacturer. What are the Documents are to be submitted to the Range Superindentent , What are the registered has to be maintained by the Supplier.kindly inform me

Please follow the procedure prescribed under CE (Removal of Goods at Concessional Rate of Duty for Manufacture of Excisable and Other Goods) Rules, 2016 Notification No 20/2016 CE(NT) dated 01.03.2016.

On receipt of Annexure 80 (FORM I) from the supplier, the goods to be consigned without payment of duty under ARE-3 with the invoice. Rewarehousing certificate signed by the customer and / or the CE is the proof that needs to be submitted to the CE of the supplier of the goods.
