SEIS- EXPORT OF MEDICAL BILLING SERVICE |
||||
We are working as a job worker for a Unit in USA- which does the work of medical billing. Medical billing is a process where the agent works for the doctor and is responsible for converting the doctors files into the medical terminology, processing the same, submitting it to the insurance company and is responsible for getting the dues from the insurance company to the doctor. we prepare all the document and send it to the USA company. Since, we are exporting the services, are we eligible under SEIS SCHEME? if yes, then under which category can we apply? Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
Respected Richa Goyal, One of the important condition for eligibility is the service provider should have earned Minimum Net Foreign Exchange earnings of US$15,000/- (10,000 US$ in case of sole proprietor) in preceding Financial Year. Important Documents required are valid IEC at the time of earnings of Foreign Currency, Copy of RCMC (Registration with Export Promotion Council), FIRC (Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate, no need for submission with DGFT but the Foreign Exchange earnings details to be certified by CA), Quarterly returns of forex earnings with export promotion council. Application has to be submitted online at DGFT site and you must have digital signature for filing the same.
