Dear Mr. Vohra,

If you want to re-import of export goods for repair and reprocess and re-export, you may please refer the Notification No. 158/95-Customs as amended from time to time..

Other wise, you may re-import the consignment on payment of the duty prescribed under Notification No. 94/96-Cus as amended from time to time . In this case there is no obligation or re-export.

Best Regards

Suryanarayana

Re Imports could be done easily without payment of Import duty. Take help of CHA while filling Bill of Entry, in that mention "Replacement" & add shipping bill number with invoice of your exported products in B/E. Meet good CHA near your area. Google it & you will find all names and address.
