Need more details on service tax exemption under NSDC, Service Tax

Could you please provide more details on service tax exemption under NSDC

* Is service tax exempted for all the services(NSDC related services and other services not related to NSDC) provided by an organization which is a training partner to nsdc registered organization or service tax exempted only for the services related to the NSDC programmes
