gst tax rate on cloth/knitted cloth, VAT + CST

Kindly clarify whether tax on Cloth /Knitted cloth under GST will be nil/exempted as now under vat.

it is proposed to 12% but will be final after passing of it..

The schedule of list of goods to tax under GST is yet not made public. Only after it is made available we can know it. Guessing would be futile.
