Yes. You can apply for registration under GST Act . It is your option.
thanks for reply sir, Under which clause i can take registration pls suggest
Sec 25(3) of SGST Act, " A person, though not liable to be registered under section 22 or section 24 may get himself registered voluntarily, and all provisions of this Act, as are applicable to a registered person, shall apply to such person." As per above provision a dealer even though his turnover is below the threshold can apply for registration. However, it is discussed that there should be a threshold limit to pay GST under reverse charge for purchase from unregistered by a registered dealer.
Voluntary regn is under sec 25(3) of cgst act, after taking regn, you can take credit on inputs in stock, inputs contained in finished goods and semi finished goods. You should have the invoices which should not be more than one year old.capital goods credit is not allowable
If the invoices are not available 40/60 scene can be availed Page: 1 Old Query - New Comments are closed. |
