Dear Sir, Simply debit balance in Customers account (In the books of Creditor ) not in our books, can creditor ask for payment, we settled all the bills, but creditor submited his ledger showing balance in his ledger and asking for payment. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Regards Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 4 of 4 Records Page: 1
You may show the proof for making payment and if any receipt received from your creditor for such payment.
not the issue of payment, since all the payments are accounted in customers ledger, some of bills, (Supplied to some other customer ) accounted in our ledger, and now asking payment against these bills.
Simply debit balance in the books of account of creditors, is not suffice, other docs are also required. On what basis ? How the balance exists despite all clearance of bills by you ? One to one correlation is required.
Have you asked him why bills not pertaining to you entered in your ledger in his books of account ? What was his reply ? In case he does not substantiate his claim there is no point in his claim. Page: 1 Old Query - New Comments are closed. |
