Dear Sir,

Nepal export is similar to old provisions as were in excise law. The main thing which has changed is ARE-1 not required to be prepared. The export can be done under LUT/Bond without igst payment or on igst payment.

Export to Nepal is like any other export. Please apply for Out or bond for export without payment of duty. Otherwise you can pay tax and claim refund.

Export to Nepal is now much more easier then before, now no need of ARE -1, Bond or BG, only LUT will do as coined by Himanshu jee
