Dear Sir,

Till today we are not getting GST Refund ,Is any new from which date will get GST REFUND.

It takes sufficient time to examine all the aspects. When refund is to be sanctioned, the department thoroughly examines whether any Govt. dues are pending recovery for the past period. If pending, the department, recovers from the refund claim. Balance amount is sanctioned and credited to his bank account.

Refund cannot be expected so quick in this regime.

It was not quick in previous regime as well.

We expect speedy disposal of every item of work in Common Portal. In Income Tax, we get refund credited into our bank account without our efforts and that too quickly. Similar approach should be in GST.

Regarding IGST refund, the Government through Income Tax Department is taken initiative to take necessary actions in this regard.
