gst credit eligibility, Goods and Services Tax - GST

Dear Sir,

Good Morning to all. We purchased PVC pipes and submersible motor pump for usage of borewell at our factory., The Gst paid on the purchases . We request the experts to clarify whether the gst paid on this is eligible for input credit.

Yes, You are Eligible for ITC on Pipe & submersible motor pump for usage of borewell at your factory.,

Pipes and motor are purchased in course or furtherance of business. And , the purchase of these items are not mentioned in the exclusion clause to input tax credit provision. Hence, credit is eligible.
