Dear Sir,

Third Party Export - i.e. Merchant Export in GST.

You can export the products through Third Party provided you need to take care of the GST implications in these transactions. Further the third can claim MEIS benefit i.e Incentive provided by DGFT based on the product exported and the country to be exported. The third party can claim MEIS benefit and he can pass on the benefit to you. In third party exporter case he needs to mention your details in the shipping bill.
