Kindly confirm the documents list to get the EODC certificate from custom and its complete process for cancellation the EPCG bond at Customs.

EODC is provided by the DGFT when you fulfill the Export Obligation as per the terms and conditions of the AA or EPCG. You can submit following documents to the Customs Department or at port where your Authorization or EPCG was registered to close it off to get the Bond Cancellation confirmation along with Release of BG if submitted by you at the time of registration of AA or EPCG. As per the monitoring of Export Obligation, normally customs department accept the EODC as issued by the DGFT but in 5% cases they may ask certain documents from the Exporters to verify the authenticity of EODC and related documents.
