I am new to export. Want to sell on ebay.com

As product value is small as compared to shipping charge on export item

The gst charged on shipping ( courier ) can be claimed back or not ?

Filing of Shipping Bills is itself the refund for claim subject to filing of GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B and EGM has been uploaded.
