Dear Querist,

As per para 3.21 of Foreign Trade Policy, it is 3 million US$ (Export Performance FOB/FOR as converted value).

Status Holder Certificate is valid till 30-09-2021. Further, on online application needs to be filed for its' renewal. The online application is available on DGFT's portal.
