Yes eligible as these are not vehicles for transportation of persons.

Yes. ITC is allowed. May I ask the real reason behind asking this simple question ? What has raised doubt in your mind ? What is brewing in your mind ? Keeping in your knowledge and experience, such simple query is not digestible ?

In our view, you are eligible for ITC on such non transport vehicles. Further, you would have to get the registration with Jurisdictional RTO and pay the tax on such motor vehicles.
