EOU procedure for customs duty payment, Customs - Exim - SEZ

Hi, i am having a EOU unit and planning to make scrap sales to DTA. I understand that the customs duty has to be paid by the Company for this sale.

Can someone pls guide me how to make the customs duty payment. I am not sure which option I should choose in icegate portal for this payment.

This can be paid through TR-6 challan.
