Hi...
Recently we printed some books for community educational purposes. The invoice with GST costs 1 Lakh plus. Will TDS Apply to it if we have a GST invoice?

If there is GST in the invoice then it looks like the supplier has treated it as a provision of service and not merely as sale of books

Pls have a look at the HSN mentioned in the invoice. In case it is a 99 series HSN then it is a service.

Mam, The HSN Code is 4820.
