Wheather an Assessee can filed a revised computation during the proceeding u/s 143(2) of IT Act? If Yes under which provision.

Yes, the reason is simple the assessment u/s 143(2) / 143(3) is an assessment and it is the duty of the AO to make the correct assessment.
