I am working in MNC. Somany expats are working in my company. As per work agreement an expat can go and come for home lease for every six months and travelling exp for the same, company will bear including wife and kids exp. Please clarify with law that travelling exp need to be included in that person's personal income tax.

New valuation rules after withdrawn of FBT are expected to come. But, as of now, there is no personal liability of such expat as long as such expenses is incurred by the company.
