The HUF received a gift on the marriage of one of its member for a sum of Rs. 2.00 lac. Will it be exempted gift to the HUF being on the marriage of one of the member ?

Sir, In the above case the gift received is directly related to the member of HUF who is an individual but it can't be related to the HUF directly. Page: 1 Old Query - New Comments are closed. |
