1. Please check, you are in physical receipt of CT-1 Certificate along with the ARE-1 form signed by the Merchant Exporter

2. The Duty Forgone at the time of export should not exceed with the value as mentioned in the CT1- Certificate

3. The ARE-1 should addressed to your ( Manufacturer’s) Jurisdictional AC and counter signed by you.

4. Please quote the CT-1 No on the ARE-1 ( Both Front and Back Side )

5. Send the Original and Duplicate copy of ARE-1 ( if required send One Extra Copy also ) along with the Shipment.

6. The Triplicate and Quadruplicate Copy of ARE-1should submit with the Manufacturers range office

7. If Possible, collect the Triplicate Copy of ARE-1, duly attested by the range officer and send to the Merchant Exporter to submit to the Bond Issuing Authority.

8. Please don’t forgot to keep the copy of the Proof of Export with you.
