Can anyone guide me the Chapter Sub Heading No Fabric Expansion Bellows.

As per supplier clarification the item is a kind of Flange

You need to check chapter heading 7307 or chapter heading 6812.

These goods may also be classifiable according to the main goods / category goods for which these flange are made.
