valuation ryle for nidb data ( customs loading higher side value as well as previous shipment .

dear sir,

 pl. advice for nidb valuation rules, becuase customs want to loading value as well as previous  shipment however at the time of import qty is 1 kg & right now import qty is 100 kgs , customs want  to load value as per prv. prv. ship. value is 550/kg & recent value is 180/kg

Customs are wrong. Quantity is a relevant factor in price. Also, NIDB data is only a guideline for customs, they cannot blindly load on that basis. There is case law on this. Valuation has to be done strictly as per section 14 and valuation rules.
