Is every service not elsewhere specifically mentioned, covered under Business Support Services ?? A Company renders Editing, Pre media and prepublishing , and content management services for a Books Publishing Company Client (i.e. for business purposes).Though not specifically mentioned in Business Support ser, will they Still be deemed to be included under Business Support Services ???

It would be ridiculous to cover all servcies under BSS. The servcies you have envisaged do not appear to be covered under any heading. BAS servcies in realtion to printing are exempt under 14/2004 ( this may not exactly apply to your query but other activties done maybe covered)
