AND I ALSO NOW THE LATEST EXEMPTION LIMIT OF BOTH WHICH IT APPLICABLITY

Last Date of Deposits for ESI is 21st & for PF 15th of the following Month.

PF due date is 15th of the following month and grace of 5 days. Hence for the purpose of income tax and other purposes due date can be considered as 20th of the following month.

Would like to understand that if we deposit PF by 20th of the following month, Is there would be any statutory non-compliance with respect to any law ?
