i have a quiry related to the holding of AGM  on public holiday (like diwali)  by a private company

please cleare my confusion  according to the following cases

if artcle of association permission to the act

if arcticles of association silent against the act

Only an adjourned AGM (if adjourned due to want of Quorum) can be possible on Public Holiday.
