Dear All, We have made a allotment of shares in Jul'11 and want to issue further shares. Cat it's possible if no than what is the time gap between two allotment. Posts / Replies Showing Replies 1 to 2 of 2 Records Page: 1
There is no time gap in the allotment of two allotments in case of non listed company as per Section 81 of Companies Act, 1956.
