Respected Sir,

                         will GST be implemented from august -2011 as declared by the FM IN THE BUDGET 2012-13 or there is no hope for GST TO COME.

For implementation of GST, there is requirement of IT Infrastructure and consensus between the States' minister is must.

There is hope but no surety about it.
