We are Capital goods manufacturer company.  we should be write to started central excise book is

1)excise invoice book Rule 2002   

2) raw material send for jobwork -  challan for movement of inputs/ partially process input/capital goods under cenvat rule 4(5)a ,   Annexure iv register,  Annexure v Register

3)RG 1 Daily stock Ragister

4)RG 23 A Part II Register,  RG 23 A Part I Register

It is correct.

yes,  it is more than enough, just maintain a register for capital goods also.

Also declare to the Range Superintendent with in 30 days of registration about the records being  maintained you under Rule 5(2) of the Central Excise Rule, 2002,. .

Please also provide the information pertaining to the Accounting Software maintained by your company, to the jurisdictional Range Superintendent.

You would also have to furnish following returns, namely:-

ER-4, ER-5, ER-6, and ER-7.

Further, You would have to provide theintimation regarding Serial Nos of the Invoice books and in case of cancellation of any invoice, you would have to provide this intimation through ACES.
