If the goods have been not specifically mentioned in the Taxable Schedule which attracts the VAT Rate @ 5% then, the goods will by default fall in the residuary list which attracts the peak rate of the VAT which is currently @ 12.50% in Delhi.

Further, you may approach to the Commissioner of DVAT for seeking the clarification on the subject matter (DDQ
) by sumitting your query on nominal fees.
