Dear Mr. Khatri,
Pls ignore manufacturing and exporting of Wooden Furniture (EOU), intimated only for the purpose of back history Manufacturing and exporting of Readymade Garment in seperate unit with same name, which is not registered in Central Excise, I am paying a lot of service tax on input services used in the manufacture of Readymade Garment, which i am not claiming. is there any procedure to claim such service tax.
pls guide me accordingly
